If you haven’t submitted yet, please send the following documents thru email at submission@integratedfunding.us, to facilitate the processing of your loan application. Failure to submit ALL of these documents will result to substantial delay to the process. Please send the documents in PDF format as much as  possible.

Documentary Requirements

(Note: Each Borrower must submit all of the required documents.)

Purchase:

1. Most current paystubs for 1 month (for all jobs).
2. W-2 (or 1099) for the past two years (for all jobs).
3. Income Tax Returns (Individual and Business, if any) from past two years.
4. Most current Bank Statements for 2 months (all accounts).
5. Clear copy of Driver’s License and Social Security Card (both front and back).
6. Accomplished and signed Credit Report Authorization. You can download the form here or contact us for Docusign.
7. Accomplished and signed Borrower Signature Authorization. You can download the form here or contact us for Docusign.

Refinance:

1. Most current paystubs for 1 month (for all jobs).
2. W-2 (or 1099) for the past two years (for all jobs).
3. Income Tax Returns (Individual and Business, if any) from past two years.
4. Most current Bank Statements for 2 months (all accounts).
5. Clear copy of Driver’s License and Social Security Card (both front and back).
6. Most current Mortgage Statement.
7. Hazard/Fire Insurance Declaration Page.
